Sweet Goodness Social Campaign

After shifting away from its Austin roots, the beloved sweet tea brand had finally found its way back home to the Capital City. To celebrate Granny's return, we created a social campaign that highlighted the familiar sights and feelings of sweet goodness found across Central Texas.
University of Texas Tailgate Event

To help kick off the first game of the UT football season, Sweet Leaf Tea sponsored a tailgate cocktail competition. We pitched the idea, defined the contest rules, promoted the tailgates on social, and helped create coveted swag for fans. We even designed a SnapChat filter that would make Bevo proud. During the day of the event, Sweet Leaf saw an almost 35% increase in visits to their site, nearly 500 uses of the SnapChat filter and 24.2K views. Over 36,000 total impressions were generated for the brand and Texas beat Notre Dame 50-47 in overtime. Talk about a win-win!
